1st Thursday Women's Luncheon with Speaker Mary Ellen King

Mary-Ellen was born and raised in Alabama where she also attended college and law school. She moved to New Orleans after law school and then Texas in 2009. She is a single mom, lawyer, daughter, and civic volunteer. She attended and served on Session at Dripping Springs Presbyterian Church before moving to Westlake in 2018 and becoming a member of WHPC in 2021. She has a seven year old son, Wyatt, who attends Eanes Elementary School and is a lover of all things sports. She is looking forward to sharing her journey from grief to gratitude and how it changed the way she leads her life and leads others to Christ.
