Admissions Process
Upon receipt of a completed application and payment of the $50 application fee, Children are placed on the wait-list for their class group. Priority is given to children currently enrolled, siblings of children currently enrolled, staff members, WHPC church members and former WHPP families. The general wait-list is then prioritized by date of application.
Once a placement has been offered, the non-refundable registration fee is due to secure the placement. Class placement is based on age, date of applications, room size, gender ratio and the discretion of the Director. Enrollment is complete upon receipt of all required forms and the prepayment of May tuition.
