Susan was born in Texas and spent her childhood years in Louisiana before moving back to Texas for middle and high school. Susan is a graduate of Texas A&M, a lifelong Presbyterian, a member of WHPC for 33 years, and a new deacon for the second time. She is a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, friend, neighbor, and volunteer. She loves to walk and talk with God, friends, and family. She prefers listening rather than speaking. She wants to do the right thing and is a perfectionist who falls short. She takes each day as it comes, trusting in God.
