December 7 - Servant

Mary responds to God’s call with humble courage: “Here am I, the servant of the Lord; let it be with me according to your word.” This is the heart of Advent—God invites us to be servants, bearers of light and life for a world in need. Each of us has the privilege of partnering with God to build the kingdom here on earth. As you reflect this Advent, ask yourself: What opportunities is God placing before you today? Where are you being called to serve?
