WHPC Deacons are men and women who are uniquely called and equipped to the ministry of mercy and compassion. Deacons serve on Sunday mornings as ushers and greeters. During the week, they visit hospitals, care facilities and homes to deliver meals, provide prayer support and encourage those in crisis.

Deacons also serve our home-bound with on-going relationships and by serving communion. They also provide greeting and hospitality at funerals and memorial services.
